Mental Ward Publishing: Hmmm.  Well, that which is published just because we could!  To imagine a concept, research it, run with scissors, ask the ostrich, and then create it.  Mental Ward Publishing is the act of creating something from our minds that hasn't existed before! Sounds a bit like a Universal Being!  Not really, just the art of having fun, learning something new, and sharing it with the ostriches with their heads buried in the sand out there!  Hope you enjoy!
